Calorie limits reached!

My doctor wants me to limit myself to 2,000 calories and to my amazement I jot 1,761 calories. I’m done eating for today and it’s pretty amazing on what you can achieve.

What are people’s personal daily calorie goals? I’m just curious. I know that number will be different for each person has different dietary needs.

1560, set to lose 0.5/week. Some days it seems like a lot, some days it seems like barely a bite.

Female 5'9" 195lbs -I'm set at 1,780 to lose 1lb a week. It all depends on my mindset and hormones whether I'm satisfied with this amount, but I'm never left feeling truly hungry.

1200 “tracked” calories while loosing and most days now. I do a bit of a Weight Watchers twist and don’t track plain veggies. This is about another 100-200 calories per day. I have lost 73 pounds and in my late 50’s. After I reached my goal weight I stick to the same 1200+ 6 days a week. On Saturdays I allow another 500 calories.

I've manually set my calorie target to 1,700/day. The MFP estimate for 0.5 lbs lost per week was 1,600 for me, but since I'm within 5 lbs of my goal weight I wanted to slow down more so I can have a more gradual transition to maintenance calories.

The lowest my calorie goal got to was 1,400 - MFP tried to set it lower based on my weight/weight loss target but I decided not to go any lower than 1,400. I think I was only at 1,400/day for a week or two before I started slowly adding calories back in.

    I'm 5'8" with a starting weight of 184 and a target weight of 155. Currently 159 lbs.

I'm up to about 2000 calories per day from 1850, but I'm still losing faster than the .5#/week I'm aiming for... So... trying to catch my eating up to my NEAT, which appears to have skyrocketed with fidgets and home improvement projects now that I'm on the up-swing from my shoulder ouch and iron anemia. :)
  • Mine is 1450 on weekdays. And 1600 on weekends. I do this to keep me sane. 5 days a week I track macros to the letter. Weekends I allow a few more carbs (not many). 1 year in.... 6 stone down.

1500 calories a day. Most of the time I am under, sometimes I go over. I reached my goal and then lost 5 more pounds, I have been holding that steady since October.

At the moment my goal is 1610 kcal a day, but I frequently eat more than that because of the calorie adjustment given by my activity tracker and intentional exercise. Yesterday I ate almost 1900 kcal.

I've manually set my calorie target to 1500 a day. MFP set it on 1430 to loose 1 lbs a week. In the weekend I up my target to 1600 a day.

    About 1850-2200
I'm currently maintaining my weight. The lower number is when I'm less active and the higher number is when I'm more active. I have lost ~140 lbs and I was more active in general during weight loss so my target for losing was 1800-2000 (around 1500-1600 when I was trying to lose faster).
