Okay let’s check in. How’s everyone doing?
We are on week two and I feel like improvements are already happening.
I’ve been doing ringfit and as of this morning I planked the whole set without falling. Also already dropping weight.
I just want to say I’m proud of you all and you are doing amazing! Keep it up!

    I did a good run on saturday. Will probably do another one tomorrow morning.

    Back on it this week after recovering from illness, oh my god it feels so good to be back, that burn in your lungs, lifting heavy weight again my muscles have been aching for it, weening myself back on to my bulking diet is a bit tough but I'll be aight
