    Well my 2 kg loss has come back on in a weekend I am struggling so much to shift the weight this time round 😭😭😭

    I think I have 10kg to go, somewhere very close to that anyway! This is going to be my first fully focused week of 2020 and am really looking forward to it!

    Also did you find out how to create a private group?
    Here my goal is to lose 8/10 kgs (go from 70 to 62 kgs). I started tracking my weight yesterday.
