Hubby & I started watching our calories Jan 1st. He’s lost 10 pounds. I’ve gained 2. (Didn’t day I followed the program exactly🤪) I know myself well enough to know that SUGAR , for me, is an addiction. I can NOT control, or even be reasonable eating sugar. And carbs in general. Years ago I did low carb and lost my sweet tooth. I sweet roll and the binge is on. So, I am starting low carb/ keto and would love some support from some new keto friends.
