Hello everyone! I have started using myfitnesspal to help track my weight and log my food.

I have been up and down with my weight so many times in my life, I'm just tired of it. I've joined TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) and my second meeting is tonight. I'm hoping to have lost a little bit this past week when I weigh in.

Thanks for saying hi to me and wishing me good luck in my weight loss journey (again).
I want to lose a minimum of 20 pounds, it would wonderful if I could lose 30 pounds.
