    Eating oreos 🙊 I went to the doctor this morning and he said I should try to eat a little more because I've lost too much weight in the last few weeks so here I am... eating everything I can before I get my treatment on Thursday because I know I won't be able to eat for at least 1 week after that. I might even have cake after 😋

    Good film. Think I heard they might be making a sequel to that. Have you read all the book in the series? There’s about 12 or more. Written by Jeffrey Deaver, his other books are just as good too.

    Just woke up and made coffee. Can’t seem to stay awake long since I came back from London so not done much but eat and sleep.

    That’s a good idea if knowing you won’t be able to eat for a period of time. I had a unexpected injury and emergency operation that meant I couldn’t eat for about 9 months so lived off meal replacement drinks, which barely gives enough calories so I lost a lot of weight and muscle. The follow up operation was minor so not a problem but I still need one more major operation to finish it all and that one will stop me eating again for a while so I’m trying to gain as much weight as I can right now before it happens.
