And massive well done to everyone who took part in January’s challenge, you all absolutely smashed it :)

So, back for another month..... the shortest month of the year! But that’s not going to make a difference is it? Lol

It’s also dreaded Valentine’s Day this month!
Now I don’t know about you lot, but I like too drown my sorrows with chocolate and wine on Valentine’s Day...... joys of being single haha

    I'm 5'2'' . 64 yrs old. My base calories are 1260 per day although it adds loads more I try to stay away from on heavy exercise days. I teach a 40 min ballet into 1x week and Zumba Gold 55 min 1 x week, do 15 min calisthenics with the little grandchildren 4x week. Plus practice routines here and there for the above 2 classes.

    Original starting weight - 265 in January 2005 - had gastric bypass surgery - lost 130lbs, have been slowly gaining it back so I've got to get a handle on this!

    Ultimate goal - 145 on Oct 31st (my 50th bday) - I'd like to lose 50 lbs for my 50th bday - so, 5 lbs a month is the perfect plan for me to get this done!
