    Weighed in today and so close to hitting in to the 13 stone bracket, weighed in at 14st and 3/4 lb, hoping to hit 13 stone something next week !

    Nice to find a UK group. Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like. Iโ€™ve restarted logging my food after letting my eating slip and gaining weight. Aiming to have a well fitting wardrobe again!

    Had a much better week this week hopefully past the January blues now.

    03/02 - 77.9kg
    Goal - 65kg

    Well done to everyone, having this check in today has helped me to get back into it. After a horrible week it would be too easy to just fall off the wagon and go into bad habits.

    It's only gone up by 1lb. The main thing is that you're re-focused and getting back on it. It will come off in no time ๐Ÿ˜Š pretty sure we'll all have weeks like this at some point x

    13/1/20 - 80.7kg
    20/1/20 - 78.6kg
    25/1/20 - 78.0kg (Saturday weigh in as I was on holiday on Monday)
    3/2/30 - 78.6kg (got off a 4.5 hour flight back from the canaries at 8pm last night so vaguely hopeful there's some water retention in there :wink: )

    GW โ€“ no idea at the moment. Aiming for 75kg (just under 25 BMI) initially then seeing how I feel.

    I'd probably be a stone heavier after a holiday in the canaries! ๐Ÿ˜‚ So looks like you did really well ๐Ÿ‘

    It was a cycling holiday/training camp, so I burned off plenty of calories dragging myself up mountains! A peek at the scale this morning suggests that there was indeed plenty of water there, but iโ€™ll wait til next Monday and let things settle down before updating.

    What a difference a day makes! What difference? 0.8kg of lard shed....overnight. Weird....but i will take it
