Weight Gain Group

Anyone interested in tracking weight gain. I started the year at 5’9” 157 with a goal to get to 175. So far I have gained 4.1lbs to 161.1lbs. The biggest change for me has been tracking my calories in addition to lifting weights, I didn’t realize some days I just didn’t eat enough until I started tracking.

Height 5’9”
Starting Weight 157
Current Weight 161.1
Goal 175

I had the same problem, but I've become obessed with eating. The blender is your best friend, its easy to get a lot of calories down when you drink them.

What type of mass gainer do you use. I use BSN True Mass give me about 700 calories and 46 grams of protein.

Leveled off in February after putting on 5lbs in January to get the 162.5. My goal is to get to 165 by the end of the month.
