Round 104

Please join us! Starting on 01/29 JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 104
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!

Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

Final weigh-ins on the weekends are the worst :persevere: For me at least.. always a temporary gain on the weekend, I feel like it's inevitable for me. Then it comes off quickly during the week. I prefer Friday final weigh-ins :)

69 years old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

We used to walk 5 miles a day. A pinched nerve and back surgery side-lined me for about a year. Then I had back surgery. Now I'm waiting to get my hip fixed. Hip Doc said surgery in April. Ugh! I can't do any walking or biking...both kill me. I see my personal trainer three times a week. She is taking it very slow and easy with me.

I have March 10th as my hip surgery date...much better than April!

    Goals
1 - Track my calories daily
    2 - Gym x2 week
    3 - Water 1.5l

This round I'd like to start getting back on track with exercise. I'm still getting these weird migraines which don't seem to be alleviating so I'll have to get used to some form of exercise with them.

Not the most auspicious end to Round 103 for me. New round, new opportunity to reset.

    Round 102: -5.1kg
Round 103: +? (I ended on a carb binge spike and did not weigh)
