Not a selfie but one months progress of hard work (they honestly aren’t that different in weight but very different in appearance) let that be a lesson not to always rely on the scale.11 -

my arms don't look all that small from the side, but I'm not sure what it is from the front - they look too slim, and it's so clear when I wear jackets. I was trying to figure out what exercises I should do, it seems like I need my arms to be wider.. maybe it's triceps, but I did hardcore tricep exercises for the longest time and I still don't achieve much width in the arm. Maybe it's genetics.
Looking good, man. I'm not your guy to answer for building that kind of bulk, but I'm sure someone else will come along with great suggestions.

Exactly! My scale barely moves...only -25 lbs in one year...but my body definitely changes slowly. Judge progress by pics and measurements.
