How do I end one cycle and start a new one?

Hello all,
How do I end one cycle and start a new one?

I started to log everything on the 25th June last year. I reached part of my goal in January but since I started to put on some weight on.

I’d like to stop the previous cycle and start a new one.

Can anyone help?

Go into MFP and reset your profile with your new goal
