I went over calorie goals 3 days last week,
But I think I’ll be able to do it this week! I hope I see some changes in the next few months .

    Were you in a deficit for the overall week though? What is your daily calorie goal? If you are finding hard to stick to, you may be better off picking a less aggressive deficit. The more sustainable your plan is, the more likely you are to stick with it! Best of luck :)

    How far over? Just a little or a lot? My goal on MFP is set to 1800, but I dont count any exercise back so I am happy as long as I am below my current maintance (eat this and stay the same) so anywhere below 2300 is fine by me

    100-200 calories over.. my goal is 1500 per day

    I check my weekly average on the app. As long as I'm pretty close to my target, over the course of each week, I'm happy.
