Help what's the best Marco's to do to loose weight? I have looked at keto, slimming world and others I feel so confused!

    I'll let you in on a secret. You don't need a fad diet to lose weight. Calories in Calories out. Weigh and log everything you put in your mouth and stay consistent staying at your calorie deficit. That's it. Simple math and it works.

    Being in a caloric deficit (so eating less calories than you use) is what causes fat loss...aim for a deficit that is sustainable and allows you to eat foods you enjoy so you stick to it long term, this is about the long haul...not short term whizz bang fad dieting...
