    I flew to Texas and picked up my 4 year old grandson on my way up to Boston. We are headed up to New Hampshire tomorrow to find snow. It’s so cold here, I can’t imagine what northern NH will feel like.

    Yesterday I ate way too much sodium! I know I ate over a few days, and I have not been exercising as much because of my knee. But it's so weird because Yesterday I was at 175. Oh well, sorry team!
