    Feb 15: 201.4 (stayed neutral due to an early week migraine crippling me)

    Migraine sufferer here also. We can only do what we can while battling through.

    I have experienced migraines for as long as I can remember. They're not as debilitating as others attest to having, but I certainly can't work while I have them.

    However, since cutting processed sugar and grain from diet, as well as incorporating intermittent fasting (and even up to 72 hrs of water fasting), I haven't had one! I don't know if this will last forever, but I'm super grateful. Passing along the info in case it's helpful.
