    Mini Goals: My mini goal this month is also my weekly and my daily goal which is not to exceed my sugar and carbohydrate micros. And also stay out of the kitchen!

    It's been a battle for me. Because my kitchen is closed! But, I have to open it to take my antibiotic. It's interesting to see the effect "the kitchen is closed" has made in my life! It so hard to eat anything. I could only take yogurt in the night. I can't wait to be free :( it feels like bondage. I can't believe I am saying that about eating in the night :(.

    My Goal was to hit the 260's by the end of this month. Clearly didn't hit that target yet but I'm okay. Aside from being sick I enjoyed the month of February. Time to step it up a notch next month!

    I missed weigh in day today as I was so sick all night and all morning today from my way over calories meal. Will post my weigh in tomorrow morning.

    @victorious55 - you have inspired me with your “kitchen is closed” concept. I have been brushing my teeth and putting my retainers in soon after dinner as I tell myself “too bad, the kitchen is closed”

    Spent 12 days away and 4 days flying. I will take a 1 pound gain. Lots of water this week! I am very happy with myself that I kept my calories in check and my activity level up.

    Thank you. When I first started, it was very strange to my system. But as with every habit, it is appearing to stick and it feels good. I have found writing it here has been very helpful. Now, I don't think much about it.

    I have finished my antibiotic, I feel delivered :) Back to properly closed kitchen.
