Unfortunately, my lackluster performance has not been because of a plateau. I simply was eating.

STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): 253 on January 11, 2018
CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 191.8
Jan. 6: 191.8 A nice small overnight drop. I need better choices & more water.
Jan. 13: 195.4 I am really fighting severe glucose drops & frenzied eating to bring it back up. Horrid! Until my blood sugar stabilizes, I can't begin to set each month's goal. I will get there....
Jan. 20: 189.7 Its been a week of blood glucose highs and lows. Slowly I am re-adjusting my body to my original meal plan & exercise goals. Each day finds me feeling a bit better and closer to better numbers all around. It’s nice to see this drop. It was done slowly, a little everyday for the most part.
Jan. 27: 190.0 I made goal right on target but with a severe struggle due to the glucose issues. I am still actively work hard on that and hope I can get it resolved soon.
Jan. 31: 191.6 I’m not ending this month very well. It will be a catchup game in February.

Feb. 3: 192.6 Superbowl Carbs. Was mindful of the snacks but there was pasta.
Feb. 10: 193.1 Was trying a new experiment. It’s clearly not working for me. I think I just confused my mind AND my body!
Feb. 17: 194.8 Yucky!
Feb. 24: 195.5 Up, then moving back down. I am tweaking my carbs to under 50 and my cals to under 1400. I think this is the best spot for those severe glucose problems I’ve been having. Next week’s weigh-in should tell much.
Feb. 29: 198.6 Out last night with a friend. I only ate half and boxed the rest for my son. But carbs are carbs and they are still my enemy.

12 Week Goal Weight: 57kg - Achieved, yay! So modifying goal to 55 kg now.
Ultimate Goal Weight: 53-55 kg, but body fat percentage should be 24-25%

12/23/19 - 60.0 kg (nice round number this morning to start off the challenge! Good luck all!)
12/30/19 - 60.1 kg (Oops! I was not in the nice list eating wise, this Christmas week. It shows on the scale. Next week will be better I promise!)
1/6/20 - 58.9 kg (Yay! As promised, I was a good girl all week!)
1/13/20 - 58.5 kg (Not the biggest drop of all time, but I will take it. Was under calorie limit and worked out well, so I am proud of myself anyway)
1/20/20 - 58.4 kg (Heavy Sunday dinner and weekend meals. But I did workout well this week except a day)
1/27/20 - 57.1 kg (Been sick for a few days now so weight has dropped a lot. Now to sustaining this!)
2/3/20 - 56.5 kg (Yay, achieved goal for 12 weeks. Modifying goal to 55 kg now).
2/10/20 - 55 or so (sorry I didn’t really check in)
2/17/20 - 55 or so (sorry again)
2/24/20 - 54 something
3/2/20 - 54.2kg (Since modified goal is also attained, I am pretty much on maintenance, but I guess losing till about 52kg would be ok. Maybe I will modify my final goal for this challenge to 53kg)

12 week challenge MFP
Happy New Year Challengers! I am back from a great trip to South America where I did not count calories but did stay very active. I actually hiked 13 miles up and down a steep trail. I think my weight loss from the last challenge helped my with my confidence!
Goals for this challenge: Keep logging, daily exercise, expand my palate into more veggies and add back strength training to gain muscle. I really focused on cardio and just learning how to log and now I want to focus on strength and macros. Looking forward to all of our successes here!

1/13/20 -149.8 – ran 6 miles yesterday which made me hungry so I ate a pancake, boom. Win some, eat some. Now back to reality and need to lose the vacation mentality when it comes to drinking. 😆
1/20/20 – 148.2 – Looking forward to sticking to my routine this week, exercising, logging and a little yoga.😘
1/27/20 – 149.0 -- Got off track this week with food – did great on workouts. Also having some digestive issues so I need to focus on my food choices and drink more water. Time for a restart and good week.🙄
2/3/20 -146.6 – A lot of yoyoing of weight this week. I'm logging, measuring (except yesterday at a Superbowl party) and sticking to my workout plans. Struggling a bit with macros and digestive issues but working on that this week.🤔
2/10/20 – 146.4 – This was a weird week. Dealing with a hip flexor or related injury and so workouts are not 100%. Trying to eat/drink under calories, including alcohol (weekends only). Really need to eat to my macros and stick to home cooked meals to control ingredients. Protein, fiber, water, repeat.😎
2/17/20 – 145.8 – Slowly working off my vacation weight from the holidays and have a couple of weeks with no trips, parties etc so I need to buckle down and focus on choices, macros, and getting my hip back to 100%. Warm weather and bathing suits are just around the corner.👙🌞
2/24/20 – 144.4 – Lots of up and downs this week, kinda like the stock market! Happy to have a loss. Really working on the macros thing but have had to be social and eat out and I really struggle with guessing the right logging of food. And my hip flexor is still causing problems so need to settle down and stick with the plan. Cheers y’all!🤘
3/2/20 – 143.0 – I am very happy with this, even though it’s a pound up from yesterday. I have been struggling with the hip and also have had a lot of social stuff and house guests so I am noticing that I am trying to plan ahead and build in calories for fun! I run to eat and drink lol! A slower week and weekend ahead to focus on healing and eating well.🌻
