Ok 😬 I’ve never dieted to lose weight before and have pretty much always followed a Mediterranean vegetarian diet. I have found that since turning 40 (almost 4 years ago) I need to do something different as I’m unable to maintain my ‘normal’ weight. Age + wine + cheese! I weighed myself for the first time as an adult today and I need to lose 1/2 stone to reach a normal BMI but I’m more interested in feeling stronger and healthier - hopefully the weight loss will follow. Would love to hear from anyone with a similar goal to share motivation.
