    My main goal that I haven't yet achieved but am slowly getting there is to do 10 perfect chin-ups. I can get to about 4 with strict form, and about 14 or 15 if I do not go all the way down. Getting there. I think this summer when I have my annual weight loss after the winter bulk might be the time,

    The goal was to get to the gym 3 times a week and I have gotten first a sore throat, then a UTI, then another sore throat. ARRRGGGHHHHH!

    New goal is to work on squat form. Just dropped 35 lbs of the bar to get low enough. It’s depressing
