I sized down in clothes again. Some of my jeans have gone in the donation bin because they are just too large, my shirts are super baggy for the most part and it's no longer war to get certain pairs of leggings on. I'm not looking forward to replacing them, but geeze does it feel good.15

This is the thing isn't it.
On the one hand it feels lovely, really shows how much progress you're making.
On the other hand it's a complete pain, I don't want to have to go hunting round for new work trousers every few months. Everything I have is to big, or still slightly to tight to be able to wear comfortably.
I find I'm spending increasing amounts of time swearing to myself whilst trying to get ready for work!8 -

I'm one of the lucky ones that discovered a joy in thrift shopping when I started losing weight. Now I do it for fun even when my clothes are still fitting well enough.9 -
Don't mind me, just bawling in an Old Navy change room because these size 14 jeans fit perfectly.
I haven't been a size 14 since I was 18.56 -
Scale hasn't moved in weeks; didn't take any measurements until 2 Sundays ago. This morning I picked up the tape just cuz (going to measure monthly); measured waist & stomach and down almost an entire inch on both!22

I had to tighten my spibelt I put my phone in when I go for a run.17

I have a few:
When we were having dinner yesterday, as our waitress came to greet us, she told me "you are so beautiful"...I LOVE that! I asked my hubby what he thought of that and he said...YOU ARE!
I find my children (and especially my oldest son) staring at me and constantly showering me with joyful compliments and admiration about my weight, looks and "ways". I've said this many times on here, but NONE of our many children EVER saw me slim/trim their whole lives. The only saw me obese and overweight growing up. Also, I WAS the only obese/overweight person in our entire family...so now we're all slim/skinny! They are truly amazed and so happy for me--me too...I'm SUPER happy for myself=BOOM!
Also, my oldest son now calls me 32slim or 32skinny, he says because I look like I'm 32 years old ( I'm super WAYYYYYYYYY older than 32 yrs. old) and because I'm (as he says) skinny and slim now.
My other NSV is thus:

I leveraged the MFP reporting feature (apparently only available on the desktop version) to tweak my grocery list. Based on my goals (such as meeting potassium requirements), I have a better idea of which foods to get a "better bang" for my nutritional goals.
Also, for the ladies who are into it, the reporting feature can be helpful if you're "cycle syncing" and want to see if you have unhelpful eating or exercise habits during key points in your menstrual cycle over time (max. 90 days)12 -
Small but appreciated NSV: young woman stopped me after Pilates last night and told me I am “such an inspiration”.
Big NSV, comes with a dose of TMI. I matured early and was well endowed, which led to me slouching to try to hide my assets. I’ve developed something of a hump as a result of 45 years of self consciousness.
Walking past the mirror this evening, prior to jumping in the shower, did a double take and walked back to look again. Something was different but took me a while to put my finger on it. When it hit me, I was staggered. I saw broad shoulders, a tiny(!!!) waist, and a beautiful curved back and hips. The hump is almost gone.
That’s just something I never imagined and it brings me to tears to share it.51 -
On my bike ride yesterday, I finally conquered a massive mental stumbling block - I went around the roundabout where I was knocked off my bike by the stupid-idiot-speeding-drunk-drugged-no-licence-I-stole-a car-and-failed-to-stop-after-hitting-a-cyclist-as-I-cared-more-about-my-own-skin-than-the-fact-that-I-may have-killed-the-person-I-hit-driver (who has been charged with numerous offences and will be in court in a fortnight).
I didn't really think about doing it, until I was about 50 yards away from it - there was an escape route away from it but decided to just do it.
It was fine. One driver scared me slightly and I was expecting him to be stupid but he behaved himself.
Not sure I've cycled that fast along a flat stretch for a while.
But the relief and exhilaration afterwards were amazing.
As an aside, I've also noticed that I'm a lot less anxious about cars on the roads around me when I'm out and about, which is wonderful as it means that I can relax and really enjoy my bike rides now.39 -
I bought this super high-end shirt online, on sale, but all they had was a medium. I was really afraid it would be too small, especially in the mid section. But it arrived Saturday and fit beautifully!

I can't help noticing that the frequency of bedroom activities has increased lately...more self confidence, increased drive?20

I stumbled across two packets of sweets given to me, for my kids, in my coat pocket. I've just thrown them in my handbag (from which nothing is ever found again) and not eaten them despite having a bit of an anxious afternoon in work. I writing this so it's already in my mind as a victory, and then there's no chance I will cave and eat them to (try to) feel better on my bus ride home. Choosing to recognise that junk won't make me less anxious right now, I just have to ride the emotions out.14

I had a couple the other day in my workouts. I upped my pushups to 30, planked for 5 minutes, and beat my flights of stairs on the stair treadmill. The latter was really hard, I doubt I'll beat it today! Oh, and I'm one plate away from doing all of them on a leg machine, can't wait to see the whole stack up in the air!15

I just came across a bag of fun-size milky way bars in the pantry...I had FORGOTTEN about them!!
They used to be irresistible little sirens calling out to me until I ate them.
And now that I know they are there, I still don't really want one.20 -
I’ve gotten all my workouts in despite having classes this week and I wanted to eat all the things last night but stopped myself after two rice cakes!17

I went trying on jeans today and I discovered to my excitement I could fit size 14 jeans! Real denim too - not even that stretch stuff. I spent a while admiring how thin my legs and butt looked in the changing room mirror when they were on too!! So that was a major victory as 7 months ago I was size 24 and would not have worn jeans at all as they just didn't look good.
Then I was going through some old clothes at home and to my excitement discovered an old belt - I need more belts!! So I put it around my waist straight away to try.. and booo - I'm too thin to fit any of the holes! So I guess I don't have a new belt - it looks brand new and shiny as well so I'll be donating it. But I am happy about that as well!16 -
I finally went down a pant size today! I have lost 22 pounds so far, but I hadn't seen much of a change in my waist. When I have lost weight before it seems like it takes forever for my clothing to fit differently. I bought a pair of US 14s a couple of months ago, and when I tried them on today they finally fit! It's nice to finally see some change in my body. Seeing the scale number go down is great, but noticing a physical change is even better.17

I've just realised I have a 948 day logging streak!29

I FINALLY hit all of my nutrition goals before I added my supplements!20
