"You have the blood pressure of a teenager!" said the nurse yesterday at my check-up.26

I had a happy blood pressure check as well when I gave blood. 104/78. That’s a lot genetics, though at my highest weight I definitely had a 130/90 read one checkup. If I had my dad’s blood pressure I probably would have had more issues, but fortunately I got my mom’s side of the family on that.9 -
In the past month I have walked over 10,000 steps a day, missing only 3 days!34
-
My rings are starting to get loose!23

Set a PR in the pool today; 1 mile in 39:33. Up through last month, I had never been under a 40 minute mile. I have swam 4 times this month and was under 40 minutes 3 of those times.17

On a rainy day today, I walked an extra 65 minutes just to eat one Trader Joe's dark chocolate sunflower seeds butter cup and be under my calorie budget while not eating all my exercise calories. I'm learning to savor and enjoy my food choices while balancing how much it costs me to exercise.18

Two nsv kinda similar and they happened close together.
1. My seatbelt fits without cutting into me now.
2. I sat in one of our armed wooden dinning room chairs (usually we only use the armless ones) and my hips actually fit without hurting!20 -
Boyfriend told me today that regardless of what the scale may say, I LOOK a lot slimmer, and my rear end has taken on a different shape.22

I came back from a ten-day trip and my clothes all still fit comfortably... I was really afraid they wouldn't.17

I went 'clothes shopping' in my own wardrobe. Most of my current wardrobe has become too big and I ended up rooting around in a box of clothes I tucked away years ago because they were too small.
I found a sweater that is probably more than 10 years old and that I really liked back then, and it fit and looked good too!
It's going to be tricky for the next half of my weight loss though, I don't have any smaller clothes left so I'll have to 'waste' some money on a transitional wardrobe. A great problem to have though21 -
Being able to fit into a dress like this one ☝️ Just a year ago I wouldn’t have even attempted it 😌23 -

Congrats! You look amazing!
I can't wait to lose another few inches around the waist. I have a whole new wardrobe (Ok slightly worn) waiting for me from just a year ago.9 -
My NSV is that I have finally gotten past the worse of a major sinus infection that got in my chest. I was having trouble just going up and down the stairs at the house.
Yesterday I hit the elliptical for 20 minutes at a moderate pace, this would have killed me just this past weekend.
I also had a shoulder injury that has gotten well enough for me to lift light and to hit the heavy bag, which I did for 12 minutes yesterday.

@Elo_getsfit LOVE the dress -- congrats on being able to wear it! Also, LOVE the pusheen. XD XD3

Put my size 38 pants (recently purchased) into the pile of many size 40 (and a couple of size 42 from way back when) pants for Goodwill. Bought another pair of size 36 today. Still a ways to go, so I'm not going to buy too many yet.12

Blew up a hard-boiled egg with my bicep 😏8

The biggest problem was my heart monitor It kept bleeping as in full rest my HR sometimes goes below 40 and well that machine thought it not good.
Also noted It was hard to find good vein - they are sunken in between my finger bones
Nurse was saying I was so healthy all over that the equipment could not cope it it anymore. She also suspected my blood pressure would low just on looking at me (she was right).
She mentioned they do not often get patients that are in such good physical shape. I am actually proud of that :-)
I am so happy to read that I am not the only one who has that. Ever since I have started my cardio regime, my resting heart rate has dropped from 65 to about 45-50. No symptoms of bradycardia but it still somehow shocked me.14 -
I worked out every day last week!14

Went on vacation and lost 1.8 pounds 🙂17
