I want to drop at least five more pounds before the annual ID photos at work are taken. I can't even look at last year's; I was 35 pounds heavier and my face was a big circle on top of not-much-neck.

Me, too! Except I am waiting till I lose another 30-40 pounds. I make the badges where I work, so I'll get to take my new picture when I'm ready.
I have met my micro-mini goal of of "recovering" from the four course Annual Italian Association dinner (three pound wight gain overnight due to not-yet-processed bulk in the digestive system)
I have reversed that blip - and am now within two pounds of getting back to the BOTTOM of my chosen maintenance range (drifted just out the upper end over the winter)
Once there - I gotta work Transition all over again, and on the daily habits that will KEEP me there.
I'm inching closer to a big accomplishment. I currently weigh 80.5kg (down from 94kg), so close to dipping below 80.
I can't remember the last time my weight started with a 7... It's been at least 10 years, probably even 12 or 13!
It's a bit like Benjamin Button, I feel like I'm getting younger again
I'm at goal so my goals are more fitness-related. This sounds kind of dumb but on one leg machine I'm able to do two plates away from the bottom for two sets then the one before the last for one set. My goal is to be able to do the whole thing by the end of June, something about seeing none left and doing 295lbs is so motivating! I reached my plank end-of-month goal of 6 minutes but have 20 seconds to go on side planks to reach 2 minutes, I'm doing a challenge and need to reach it by the end of the month. I tend to want to beat machines and my last time/amounts instead of feeling challenged by people, I try to beat things like flights of stairs on the stair treadmill each time I go to the gym.
Went through all my clothes as a quarantine activity and found a pair of jeans that will zip but not button, so my mini goal is to fit into those jeans!

Looking likely that I will get there by the end of the month ... If so, (re)starting Transitioning exactly one year after I reached Maintenance the first time
Stayin' alive. I've been running UP and down so many stairs waiting on others that my legs are getting in some serious kind of shape. I'm here to tell you that I've been lifting heavy oxygen machines. toting barges and lifting bales. My clothes are fitting differently. It's one of the few bonus side effects I didn't anticipate. Increased muscle mass.
I may not make it, but I'm down 20 pounds as of today and I'd purely love to lose four more pounds to hit the month's goal. Five to be 25 down, which is one-quarter of the way towards one of my goals. Maybe so, maybe no, but I'm sticking with this.
I have a new personal mini goal of doing bodyweight work every day since I can't go to the gym. If I do it for a month, it's a habit!

This goal may not be reachable this month. Sciatica is in full control, try to see the doctor for some help.
currently 5'4 142
goal 5'4 147
At last, at long last, down to 79.8 kg!

Hmm.... Getting to v5 will take a lot longer now than when I wrote this!
I can still train most of the things in the list. There will be a lot of hangboarding for finger strength in the months ahead.

I hit this goal this morning! I’m at 129.5 pounds!
