Victim of lockdown. Will go for a last long town walk. After midday I will only be allowed to stretch my legs trotting round the block. I have a Rosemary Conley exercise video, I'll see how that goes.
Yesterday:
Exercise: Yes, did over an hour's walking round town. Big queues outside all food shops. People with huge bulging shopping bags everywhere. I dived into the old town, where there are no food shops to speak of. All other shops are closed.
Calories: Yes, stayed under, although I swapped my healthy and nutritious planned meal for a large glass of wine, as I got really upset that the government has now closed the border with UK, so I won't be able to go and see my kids in April as planned. I hope I'll get my money back, at least.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.

So long as you have internet, there are many many body-weight exercise options to fall back on. Darebee is a great place to start looking . "Fitness blueprints: no-equipment visual workouts, fitness programs and challenges, training and running tips, recipes and nutrition advice." They also have a twitter feed and have put out "suggestions for staying sane and active while staying home" in the past day or two.

Mon was a very active day for me. Walked to work and finalized my students' packets and distance learning plan. Lots of walking up and down stairs to the scanner. Then spent an hour or two organizing my shelves in the hope that we won't be out all year
Then walked to one grocery store and back home, then biked to the hardware store and another grocery store. Getting ready for a while stuck at home.2 -
