    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, stretches today and thoroughly kitchen (appliances, cabinets, countertops, switches, knobs...and any other hard surfaces) after enjoying a nice St. Patrick's Day dinner of corned beef, cabbage and root vegetables.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, within allowance
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    I'm also bemoaning the lack of gym and social workout interaction and also daily activity since I'm used to getting past 5k steps just from the workday. Even though I got my 20 min of exercise, I had negative exercise calories so had to eat less to stay under. I think I need to start going for walks to get out of the apt.

    My report:
    Calories: way under. I did not have time for lunch
    Tracking: pretty easy
    Exercise: easy day active stretching for 31 minutes.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, did a bunch of You Tube videos and a Leslie Sansone one plus yoga and planks.
    ***If anyone wants some You Tube recommendations let me know, I found some good ones from strength training, body strength, cardio, a plank challenge, short dance ones, and yoga.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
