    I am curious, did you cure the turkey breast like you would a ham? I have made home made hams and sausage, but I have never tried curing poultry....

    Oats (hot water + flax seed) with peanut butter, blueberries, soy yoghurt, hemp seeds + cocoa date syrup.

    Tinned Amy's soup in the evening - this week I've tried both the organic rustic Italian soup and the organic Spanish rice and bean soup, either with a slice of rye or sourdough toast and some avocado.

    More oats! This one used peanut butter powder stirred in rather than the pb on the side + a mug of loose leaf English Breakfast tea with soy milk.

    A quick bean and carrot chilli, some roasted cauliflower, and homemade flatbread from Rebel Recipes (I used buckwheat flour). I've just bought some chickpea flour so hoping to make gram flour flatbread this week! :)
