MY NAME IS DONNA. I AM 59 YEARS YOUNG & FROM THE MIDWEST USA. I AM APPROX 5’ 5” TALL.

    Start date: February 1, 2020
Challenge Starting Weight: 191.6 on January 31st
    Challenge Level: ✴✴✴ (15 lbs.)
    Challenge Goal weight: 176.6

February 01: 191.6 Good luck everyone!

February 08: 192.0 I started my new plan in order to figure out what is going on with my glucose numbers. Watching calories more than carbs this time (glucose has been running too low!). Today and yesterday found my glucose too high so I will continue to tweak to see if I can come up with a good weight loss plan without hurting my T2D efforts. I am down 0.1 from yesterday which I will call a normal fluctuation.
February 15: 194.8 Clearly my Valentine’s Day was wonderful and full of food and candy-filled surprises. Back at it today.
February 22: 195.0 My weight went up this past week after travel and more glucose problems. At a snail’s pace, it is slowly coming back down over the past 2 days. I hope next week’s weight will be even better!
February 29: 198.6 A 3 lb gain overnight. ½ of a restaurant meal. Good calorie count. Good extra exercise. But carbs hate me. Back to the grind again today!

Total Loss for February ……………… 7.0 lb GAIN
Total Accumulation of Weight Loss for Challenge…………

    March 01: 199.8

I have been tracking, and I thought I had posted weekly weights, but I can't find them. I have got back down below 150, but it's slow going.

Let's try this again. Never give up! Never give in!
I'm Terri, 74 on 20/04/2020, living in Northern Ireland, 5'2" tall.

    Challenge Starting Weight: 136.7 (2/14)
    Challenge Level: ⭐️
    Challenge Goal weight: 131
    UGW: 130 (maintain between 128-132)

    2/14: 136.7
    2/21: 135.0
    2/28: 134.9
    February loss 1.8 lbs

    3/6: 132.2
    3/13:132.3
    3/20: 132.2

So after a few weeks of rapid weight loss (at one non-weigh in day I got as low as 130.5) I think the COVID19 lifestyle is impacting further weight loss. We are not (yet) having to shelter in place, so I am keeping up with my outdoor runs and cross training via streaming workouts online, but just the decrease in movement in the rest of my life is catching up with me. That and constant proximity to my refrigerator.

Maybe I should up my mileage while I can.

    Stay safe all!

I had a rough week as I was 169 last week...it's why I put 168.8...really just to keep me going in my mind. My goal is 15 pounds for this challenge.

March 08: 201.0 You can eat too much diet food too. Clearly.
    March 15: 200.1
March 22: 202.0 ugg. Ingredients are getting hard to find in this tiny one store town. I went about 100 miles from here to a city that has 3 different grocery stores (including Walmart) last Monday but it was just as bad due to the higher population. My freezer is pretty full, but the sides are the challenge without getting into too many carbs. Okay, keeping my chin up. This too shall pass.
    March 29: 203.5 No comment.
March 31: 203.5 Eating sugar here too. Once you start, it’s hard to stop and it calls and haunts you daily. A horrible addiction. I am going to work on that starting TODAY on a much more intense level.

Total Loss for March ………….. 4.5 lb GAIN
Total Accumulation of Weight Loss for Challenge………… 11.9 lb GAIN
