Strawberry greek yogurt with strawberries and heavy granola. 2 cups coffee
Lunch
Large salad with light Catalina salad dressing. Hawaiian dinner roll with butter and large diet coke.
Dinner
Blueberry protein smoothie with dollop of cool whip.
Beautiful weather so another 5 mile walk with my husband.0 -

Lunch: Packaged ramen with spinach thrown in
Snack: 1/2 banana with 1 tbsp peanut butter, 4 mocha truffle Hersey kisses
Dinner: Homemade shephards pie
Dessert: Ice cream! Not sure which flavor yet, have like 8 pints in my freezer I'm deciding between.1 -
Breakfast- overnight oats with protein powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds, lsa, cacao, yoghurt and honey
Lunch - sweet potato, broccoli, sauerkraut, canned mackerel
Dinner - chicken curry with rice, pumpkin, spinach and random veggies
Snack - apple
Total about 1900 cals
It’s my first day in isolation after losing my job yesterday due to the virus, I’m going to struggle with not snacking !9 -
Breakfast: Black beans with habanero chile oil, cold brew coffee with cardamon and vanilla almond creamer
Lunch: Roasted cauliflower with smoked tofu, paprika hummus, and "cheesy" hemp seeds
Dinner: Lasagna soup with mushrooms and green beans0 -

1 large chicken tender, sweet potato with butter cinnamon/ sugar and large salad. Catalina salad dressing and large diet coke. 1 more litter of water

Breakfast: Chobani less sugar greek strawberry yogurt, 1 banana, 20 grams vital proteins collagen peptides, coffee, almond creamer
Lunch: hot pocket protein steak and cheddar (not my first choice, I forgot my real lunch at home and this was in the work freezer)
Dinner: leftover salsa shredded chicken (instant pot from last night), rice, raw kale/baby carrots
snacks: hard boiled egg, kind protein breakfast bar, 1 oz mixed nuts (cashews, macadamia, pecans)
Approx 1500 calories. I'll be working out so I'll probably throw in a little extra tonight; frozen yogurt bar probably. Depends on hunger.0 -
breakfast: Cheerios (original) with a sliced up banana on top of it and skim milk
snack: hardboiled egg
lunch: leftover fajitas (chicken and the veggies) over cauliflower rice, an apple
snack: carrots and hummus
dinner: probably takeout tonight from Chickfila A - a grilled chicken sandwich for me and I'll make my own side salad w/ spinach, berries, balsamic vinaigrette
dessert: jello sugar-free dark chocolate pudding1 -

Dinner: Shrimp fajita rice bowls topped with a little cheese, cocktail consisting of Malibu, low calorie orange juice, and grenadine

Quinoa with black beans, spinach, mushrooms. A few chick'n tenders.
Rice with kidney beans and cabbage.

Gunna try not to eat anything else, but if I do feel like I need something it will probably be a cup of strawberries.1
