Hi I would like to join in too! First time. Trying to lose weight after having my second baby. Need some motivation to keep me on track through lockdown.

In March, I lost 2.5 lbs. April will be easy because I have a lot of time to exercise and no restaurants or bars to go to. No big Easter celebration either, darn. This month will also be easy because I already ate through my whole "emergency goodie bag" last month. Not replenishing that chocolate candy or the tortilla chips this month!
Will continue strategy that's been working:
1-alternating workouts (one day running, next day walk or hike), alternating pace, some days faster, some days combo slow and fast, etc, keep it varied
2-increase weights to at least 4x a week (trying to minimize muscle loss and prevent skin sagging)
3-most carbs eaten at lunch, dinner mainly protein and veg
4-no snacking after dinner most days
5-listening to my body: if it's really starving, I eat my next meal early instead of snack. If I am tired, I nap instead of snacking to get energy
6-limit drinking to a few times a month
