    Barbie: Thanks for keeping us going. I’m maintaining routine despite the changed times. Self isolating, but with the garden, and living in a pleasant quiet ares, we can walk outdoors and work on our garden.

    Did a 35 minute HIIT session before breakfast, then a walk with hubby round the neighbourhood. It’s showery today so we did get a little wet. The sun is out now so I will transplant the lettuce that I sowed a fortnight ago and sowing some more.

    For all those essential workers still going out there....

    What is it with this lockdown I normally do my exercise routine every morning no problem Lately looking for excuses not to do them This morning looked at my YouTube stuff and did a half hour line dancing session. Might do some more this afternoon burn a few more calories.
    Rang my DB earlier, they seem to be coping well, able to get out for walk everyday. They live near Llandudno in Wales where the goats are running around LOL
    Scared to get on the scale, too much cake and gin I don’t normally drink at home but what the heck this situation is unprecedented LOL
    DH has planted seeds which are sprouting
    There is a lot of community help in our area, Liverpool is renowned for its friendly helpful people.
    I haven’t been out much but DH goes for his newspaper every day, I wish he wouldn’t but he goes very early in the car, meets nobody and washes his hands as soon as he comes in, I wipe door handles light switches taps etc every day with bleach solution.
    About to watch the news keep safe everyone

    SuzieQ agree with what you said in your spoiler. It has felt like that to me too.

    This is the first world wide epidemic in our lifetime. The Spanish flu was about 100 years ago. I wish I had thought to talk to my aunts about it. My mom being a baby had no memory of it.

    Stew ,tea with freash oranges in it.’c y unknown snack tonight. Exercise y cleaning. My house now smells permanently of bleach.
    Wipe with bleach water let it air dry to kill the virus they say. Hubby plopped stuff from outside world on my kitchen cabinets y he took a shower so was a big job since it had a grass trail too for some reason lol 😆.

    6.6million file for unemployment many in this boat around the world. Many company owners cannot file for it most areas (not sure about other cities to states). Hard times for all. They really need to do a world wide stop on paying rent y mortgages without it ever be penalized or collected later. It’s what they did in the past in certain countries in such a distant past it may be lost in a book in the garbage heap or a museum storage room. Looks like this is what’s needed that y ration cards if this hours on past May. Electric y water needs to be temporarily free with the government paying the workers .

    Terewilliams & Felicia: I cut my own bangs the other day. It isn’t as good as my hair dresser could do, but I can see out from under them and they look okay. Beauty shops here in OR are closed for now, by order of the Governor. :ohwell:

    Heather: I think that you and I are very close to the same age. I don’t consider either of us elderly yet. I’ll admit to being elderly when I’m past 90 and disabled. :devil:

    My plan today is to walk the dog and read. I’ll touch bases here, too. It is currently overcast but not raining. I want to get our terratryke (recumbent tricycle) set onto the trainer so that we can burn calories in the comfort of our garage. It will require some effort to declutter and get things set up.
