Trying to lose 15kg (30pounds) - PLATEAU *add me*

Hey, I’m 32 and 5’9. I have to lose about 15kg (30ish pounds) to reach 65kg. Been losing at least 0,5kg weekly and in inches, but this week I’m plateau-ing..
Need some friends who are active on MFP with preferably the same goals to motivate each other! 💪🏻

One week isn't a plateau. You don't lose consistently every week. There are a myriad of reasons why the scale didn't move this week. Where are you in your menstrual cycle? That's usually the #1 culprit for menstruating women.
