    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes a good walk in the morning and a workout in the evening.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, no problem.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    @oldDogBiking That's an interesting photo. Here's my two cents: I doubt the scratches are from when a squirrel is struggling as a hawk picks it up. I believe (and could be wrong) that there are too many marks too close togther for a death-struggle like that.

    However, I think the marks could still be from a squirrel. Right now, squirrels are building their nests for their spring babies, or sprucing up old nests they plan to use again.

    Squirrels like to bite off soft pieces of evergreens, maybe 6 inches to a foot, small enough to drag to the nest. I'm finding these short evergreen pieces all over my deck and yard right now. My best guess is the scratches in the photo are from a squirrel dragging pieces of evergreens across the dirt to a tree. You might look up near the scratches to see if you can spot some squirrel nests.

    There might be another answer to the mystery, though!
