Yep. I always hated the long, cold winters where I used to live. We would get a number of domestic violence, and suicide calls because people were shut indoors and it was too cold to go out. But, on the opposite spectrum, the long hot and humid spells during the summer homicides would go up.

I remember reading homicide numbers that indicated when it became hot, the numbers would rise.
However, when it became brutal hot, the numbers would decline.
It was like it was too hot to even bother with some *kitten*.1 -

This is what I've reminded people around me. And on an even more extreme end the countries who do not have the hospitals and advancements and level of supports in place like we do. We have a lot to be grateful for.3
