3 x’s yes! Did my half hour run today and got a 45min strength and core workout. Good on calories but it’s still hard for me. I want to eat everything.

Did I exercise? Yes! Boxing and table tennis VR for 64 minutes.
Did I come in under calorie goal? Entirely too under, but it is what it is. I don’t eat when I’m not hungry. Stress. See spoiler.
Did I log everything? Yes.So I go back to work on Friday. I talked to my bestie this evening, who works as a surgery scheduler. Asked her what the climate is at work. She said it was stressed. They may cut her hours further or lay her off.
I’ve not missed even one safety huddle since I’ve been out. Our COVID positive cases are on the rise. Our county jumped from 32 to 40 in just a few hours, but they are reporting recovered cases, so that’s a plus.
I spent part of my afternoon on the phone talking to my second in command, walking her through payroll. While I’m relieved that I am negative? The idea that I have to walk back in there in 36 hours terrifies me.
That is all.
Also, the herb garden looks like it is thriving. 😊9 -

Jogged in place virtually touring France, Central Park in New York city, and Scotland. I can see why France is known for its romantic ambiance with all the PDAs, gas lighted street lamps, elegant cursive graffiti, and plethora of locks on the bridge. Lots of fit people into exercising in New York.7 -
