I am just starting out at 183 pounds. Who else around d the same height is on here

    I'm currently at 186lbs, down from 224. I'm 4'11", so I'm about that height

    My original weight was 188 lbs and I’m 5’1. I’m currently down to 157 and still working at it. I’m also 44

    I'm 5ft 2". Personally, I think every 1lb lighter makes all the difference when there's less room to carry it about your person! It took a long time but I achieved my goal (45lbs later) and am in 'maintenance' now. You're welcome to add me if you like, as I am active and supportive on MFP, but I understand if you're looking to only add ladies who are slimming. Same goes for any other ladies here! You can do it!
