My first ever weigh-in on my first ever MFP challenge! Would have loved to see 2lbs but a loss is a loss so I'll take it. We have a break in the rain here in London so going to dash out for my daily exercise.
I hope all my fellow gutbusters are doing well and are in good spirits. We're going to smash this!5 -

This is a wonderful loss! I am close to your weight, and I am always happy to see a loss, my average is 1/2 per week, with lots of ups & downs. Good Luck!2 -
