I'm in!!! I'm setting some really optimistic goals here. Overall, I'd be happy maintaining around 140 lbs this summer. But it would be SUPER cool to get into the 130s! It would be the first time in my adult life!

I’m just gonna say here that I have no idea why this is?! How did I gain nearly 1.5 lbs when I did what any trainer would say was right?! All week...and yet, here I am. How disappointing, how frustrating. 🤬😭
