Is 348% Daily Value Vitamin A Dangerous?

My daily nutrition says that I’m getting 348% Vitamin A (mostly from 2 eggs for breakfast and 1/2 cup spinach in afternoon shake), should I be concerned?

Unless you have a medical reason, no I don't think you should be concerned. I believe that between 700-900 mcg is recommended.1

Short answer: If from food, probably OK. If significant amount from supplements (preformed vitamin A), maybe not a good plan.

Most micronutrients just get filtered through your pee. Your liver is a magician at dealing with this kind of thing.0 -

Vitamin A is fat soluble. It doesn't leave the body in urine. See AnnPT77's post for the correct answer.4 -

People have died of vitamin A overdoses (note: pre-formed A, not beta carotene from vegetables). With questions like this, it's better to say nothing than to give wrong information.3
