05/06 β 204.9 Traveling today, which is never good in the food OR exercise category. I will try to maintain some degree of self-control and dignity however, being from a very very small town, entering the city is mind-blowing and temptation is on every corner. Iβve got to stay cool.
05/09 β 204.8 Making progress but traveling today which will be a set-back in both diet and exercise. Iβll work hard to mitigate any damage all week. Itβs my birthday on Motherβs Day so I am going to give myself the present of progress!
