    Happy Mother's Day to any moms on the thread! (:

    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer
    Lunch: Tomato, spinach, chicken, and pesto pasta bake
    Snack: Greek yogurt with strawberries
    Dinner: Homemade burger topped with swiss, lettuce, and tomato with a side of sauteed zucchini
    Snack: Likely a pineapple protein shake

    Breakfast: 0% Milkfat Greek Plain Yogurt with a pinch of sugar for flavor and topped with granola and berries.

    Lunch: Scrambled eggs with peppers, jalapeños, onions and light cheese with low sodium garlic seasoning for taste.

    Dinner: Pan seared chicken breast with a side of cottage cheese and baby carrots

    Other: 3 cups of tea and 2 cups of coffee

    Today is my “refeed” day so higher cal than normal.

    Breakfast- overnight oats with protein powder, yoghurt, dried fruit, nuts and berries.

    Lunch- ekziel bread with peanut butter and honey

    Dinner- trout with rice, roast pumpkin, eggplant, spinach, relish and cottage cheese

    Snack- apple

    Cherry greek yogurt with some cherries mixed in. 2 cups coffee with splenda and half and half
    Lunch
    Large salad with grilled chicken on top. Bolthouse ceasar salad dressing and slice of jalapeno cornbread with butter. Large diet coke
    Dinner
    TBD
    Going for our walk on the 8 mile trail after breakfast. Chilly here today, but yesterday we had rain most of the day and then some snowflakes in the afternoon. Happy monday everyone 😊

    Breakfast: Raisin Bran and Skim Milk
    Lunch: Whole wheat bread, turkey breast, light mayo, one slice of colby cheese, lettuce.
    Dinner: Two chicken breasts seasoned but without any sodium added.

    Snack: 2 reduced fat string cheese.

    Unfortunately, I burned the chicken today tho...lol

    Lunch- kale salad with grilled chicken

    Dinner- meatloaf, roasted potatoes, and green beans

    Snack- probably a yasso mint chocolate chip bar

    Lunch: Smoked salmon, light cream cheese, onion, and tomato on a roasted plain bagel
    Snack: Strawberry protein shake, later a cup of tea with milk and sugar
    Dinner: Tuna patty on a bun with a side salad
    Dessert: 2 chocolate fudge poptarts

    Gunna try not to have anything else but I am nooooooot close to satiated even after having dinner and dessert just now. :/

    Breakfast: Coffee with milk. Two sunny-side-up eggs, chicken bacon, sliced baguette with some guac, and a bowl of skyr with added fiber.

    Snack: Vega Sport and four Prana chocolate chips

    Lunch: Sloppy Joe filling (no bun), another coffee with milk

    Snack: A whole bag of turkey jerky

    Dinner: 1 slice of a medium Pizza Hut cheesy pizza with stuffed crust. Buttered popcorn for dessert. [Edit: forgot to add a "bone out" chicken wing - umm, it's a nugget, friends - with their spiciest hot sauce. Never again.]

    PBJ on oat bread with a bowl of Campbell's chicken noodle soup.

    Need to bring our puppy back to the vet . His pre surgery blood work shows an elevated liver enzyme, so further blood work needs to be run. We're hoping our little guy will be okay.🐶

    Snack: Pineapple OR blackberry/raspberry shake
    Snack #2: Likely a small skinny vanilla latte
    Dinner: Turkey chili topped with cheese and 1-2 crushed crackers
    Dessert: Homemade lemon blueberry bread

    Probably a chocolate cherry protein shake with a heavy hit of cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup
    Plan to walk after I finish typing. My husband has been patiently waiting to hit the trail. 😊 Have a great day everyone.

    Dinner: Cheese, sausage, and cracker tray likely with fresh berries, cucumbers, tomatoes

    Probably going to be way over on calories today, but das okay.
