    I mean there are websites you can subscribe to (cook smarts is one) where she gives you meal plan; prep instructions

    Personally I prefer to plan my own

    I use skinnytaste.com. Gina has a weekly planner and a shopping list. It's easy to change /substitute meals you don't want.

    I really like the app Mealime. You can customize and pick your own meals from their recipes, or you can enter in your diet (e.g.: gluten free, vegan, allergies, etc.) and it will pick however many meals you ask it to (max is 6 I think) and the recipes are for 2,4, or 6 servings. It’s free too! They have a paid version which gives you nutritional info but if you measure and log in MFP then you don’t really need it. Delicious recipes too!

    Oh! The best part is it auto generates your grocery list so you buy the amount of food you need. It really helps reduce food waste. Love it !
