    Technically I had a snack last night. But I was under 1200 calories (weirdly not hungry) so I ate something to make sure I wasn't too low. As I'm weaning myself off my meds I'm finding my hunger is reducing a lot and want to make sure I don't go too far in the other direction.

    Definitely don't want to go that direction either! This challenge is about helping each other on the path to better health and what you did is exactly the right decision.

    My May LNS rule - No consuming of calories between 8 PM & 6 AM, so water is fine. April: 60%, Best: 60%

    Yesterday was a solid day - just a bit over my calorie totals. Now is the long weekend. Goddess give me strength!

    Had a meal last night and ended up still too low. I've been trying to get off some meds I've been on for a year and I think it may be causing anxiety (a documented side effect of going off). So I'm increasing my dose a bit again today and going to go off slowly so that I hopefully feel better and take good care of myself. One low day here and there is fine but I am trying to make sure this doesn't happen a lot or for much longer. I'm having the opposite problem as usual. I typically over eat when stressed, up to a point... this really only happened once before, right before my wedding.
