It was a rough start to a week. Late night snack and bad choices including pizza and brownies. Just a lot of emotional eating. I gained a couple lbs within the last few days. Back to eating better today and my fasting. Hope everyone is having a good week! 😎2 -

I came down to Georgia for a few days to visit friends, and because they are ahead of NC in reopening, I was able to go to the gym for the first time in 3.5 months. I was exhausted using some of the machines, even for three reps of six. I’m out of shape.1 -
