230 lbs Male age 35, Roughly 28% body fat.. Wanna get leaner but app is telling me to eat only 1660

I feel as though that might be a little low... But then again, I have lost 65 pounds these last year and a half working out hard. Was wondering if you guys have had success following this app as closely as possible. Thanks everyone!

    Did you readjust your weight loss goal?

    At some point people have to change from 2lbs per week to 1.5...to 1... then down to .5lbs per week, effectively slowing their rate of loss down and keeping their calories at a good level...

    What this does is transition you as close as possible to maintenance so when you get there it's not a huge adjustment
