    Hello my diet had to change immediately after I got News that I was allergic to milk and wheat and I have always was allergic to nuts I use to be a McDonald’s everyday some time twice and I am just trying to find normal foods for me any help with tips thanks

    Hi!! I would like new friends who are active on here and interacts with posts. I am currently doing a diet of calorie counting combined with intermittent fasting. And I love it when peoples food diary is set to public or 'friends only' so I can see what people are eating! New food ideas are always welcome.
