Men! What are some date ideas you would enjoy?

Well, the title pretty much says it all.
I'm looking for some fun, outside the usual, "special" date ideas that I can surprise and treat my husband to.

Some that I've thought of so far:

Couple's massages
An evening at the shooting range together
Hiking followed by a picnic
Kayaking

We're super outdoorsy and active. Aside from these, I'm sort of drawing a blank. The hiking and kayaking are a normal part of our life so I don't know if I'd really consider them a "date."
