Recovery Kale Smoothie for breakfast ... haven’t done a smoothie in a while .. but it really does give some life back into you after a workout 🥬🍓🍌

1/3 cup frozen berries
1/2 small frozen banana
1/3 cup Fage 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 cup chopped raw kale
1 pack of sweetener of your choice

I also added a little water to make it blendable
