Eating 1490 calories no weight loss

I’ve been eating 1490 calories a day with no weight loss. In fact, I feel super bloated in the morning. I drink a lot of water (hot water) and have cut out most processed foods. I was weighing 2lbs less when I wasn’t dieting and feeling less bloated!

    There are many things to consider to be able to give an advice:

    - I suppose you're a female
    - what is your weight / height / age
    - what is your activity level
    - how do you measure the calories intake, do you use a kitchen scale
    - what foods are you eating mainly
    - when do you drink the water
    - for what period have you followed the 1490 kcal plan

    Share more info and the people here will be able to share their thoughts for sure. 🙂
