Weight Plateau

Hi since 4 weeks my weight is same on scale and not losing with same diet and exercise any suggestions?

    It's lame, but sometimes you just gotta give it time.

    Common mistakes people make are:
    -Having cheat days when they allow themselves to overeat regularly.
    - setting an incorrect calorie goal
    - not logging accurately, underlogging
    - over estimating calories burned durring exercise
