Goal for today's weigh in was 129.2 so I'm a little disappointed with moving in the opposite direction here. This week, I slacked on logging calories for one day (and didn't get in a good workout on that day either!). I find it hard to believe that caused my 1.4lb gain but I'm sure it didn't help! This week, I'll be sure to take those few minutes a day to log everything and be consistent about getting my daily activity. I'll be happy if I can get back to that 130 mark at next week's weigh in but I'm not sure that 1.4lb loss in a week is realistic for me. Here's to looking ahead and making progress regardless!3 -

05/06 – 204.9 Traveling today, which is never good in the food OR exercise category. I will try to maintain some degree of self-control and dignity however, being from a very very small town, entering the city is mind-blowing and temptation is on every corner. I’ve got to stay cool.
05/09 – 204.8 Making progress but traveling today which will be a set-back in both diet and exercise. I’ll work hard to mitigate any damage all week. It’s my birthday on Mother’s Day so I am going to give myself the present of progress!
05/13 - 205.1 Notsogood after travel this past week but I’m back and stronger than ever!
05/20 - 204.3 Better, but still not up to my standards. Working harder is in my future.
05/27 - 205.0 Better than my starting weight but higher than my previous weigh-in so my plan is to turn this ship back around! I guess I may have indulged a bit too much for the US holiday weekend? No excuses, time to make more changes!
05/31 – 206.8 A bad weight following travel. More travel expected on the 1st. Ugg. All days in-between I am staying as mindful as my will allows. Most days good.
